Hi, I've upgraded to a Ti GPU and noticed stuttering in CS while gaming, but not in GTA V or Tomb Raider. I think the issue might be with my current settings—FPS is around 250, Vsync is off, Gsync is on—but it's affecting CS more than others. The SC of my CS settings and NVIDIA control panel are attached. Could you check if any of those are causing the problem or suggest another fix? Thanks.

I truly wish the 1080Ti was affordable. Quick sync always works best.

Restricts your frame rate and increases delay.
