Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum but hope it helps me solve this problem. For almost twenty years, I've helped friends set up their PCs and fixed issues whenever they popped up. This one is different—it won't let my friends' new machines show anything on any screen.

System details: Windows 10 Home 64-bit, Gigabyte RTX 3080 Ti, AMD Ryzen 5700X (not overclocked), MSI MPG X570S with Carbon Max RGB, Hyper 212 cooler, Coros Vengeance RGB RT 32GB (2x16GB), DDR4 3200 MHz, WD Black 4TB HDD at 7200 RPM, Seagate Firecuda 520 2TB SSD, and a Coros RM850x power supply. Everything seemed fine during setup—BIOS checked, drivers installed, games ran smoothly.

The problem started after I swapped the GPU to an older model (RTX 2070). The next day my friend booted up without issues, played a game, then left the PC idle. Later he returned, booted the game, and shut it down. That night he rebooted and couldn't display anything despite fans spinning and lights on. I suggested changing the GPU, but the issue persisted.

I updated the BIOS but didn’t install the latest drivers. I tried everything: removing all drives, using one RAM stick at a time, booting without the GPU, HDMI/DisplayPort, different monitors. Still no luck. I’m guessing it’s a BIOS or power supply problem, but I need advice. Any suggestions?

Inspect the CPU's back side for any missing pins, it could be an issue. All other components appear fine.

I checked them earlier before putting the CPU back in the new slot, and everything seemed okay. Maybe another factor is involved?
