I'm curious if someone could assist me.
My GPU is having problems; the RGB bars stopped functioning. They were working fine until I needed to change colors or connect Trixx from an external controller like MSI Mystic Light or SignalRGB software. After that, I removed all RGB controller programs.

I've tried these steps:
- Removed every RGB controller software
- Deleted AMD Adrenalin
- Disconnected and reconnected the GPU on the same motherboard
- Plugged it in on another computer
- Had a short in the JT1 header
- Reset CMOS
- Restored BIOS defaults
- Updated LED firmware
- Installed a fresh Windows 11 on an empty SSD
- Installed a fresh AMD Adrenalin driver
- Installed a fresh Trixx 9.0

Currently, I'm in a tech support case with Sapphire and they suggested contacting Althon Micro. The problem is limited to the RGB bars; gaming performance and other functions are normal. I recorded a video after reinstalling Windows, the GPU driver, and Trixx 9.0 here:

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Currently, I'm dealing with a tech support ticket with Sapphire, who also advised me to reach out to Althon Micro. This suggests the firmware on the GPU for the RGB controller has failed. This is the second instance I've seen a third-party app like Signal RGB release an update that subsequently caused the RGB to malfunction.

Yeah! That's my thinking too. MCU went kaput because of third party RGB controllers. That's why I haven't RMA'd yet because I don't think the hassle of international shipping for a GPU to them and back to me is worth it when they could just send me like a firmware update or a way to flash it back to the way it was before. My inquiry is more of if there is any way to address this from my or is that something only the programmer can do?

The card will be tampered with if you use any programmer which will negate your warranty. This is why I was implying that you got ahead with the RMA.
