I just put in my new motherboard and Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, which came from my old i3 9100f. I ran some tests, but the performance was way lower than what Task Manager showed—only 2 cores and 4 threads instead of the expected 6. My Steel Legend B450M board is up to date. Need advice on how to fix this issue.

No, not all components like Windows, drivers, or BIOS are completely updated.
