Out of the box it will reach 5.2 all cores and around 5GHz under heavy use. Single core operates at 5.7GHz. Reset the CMOS and avoid setting anything else except Expo. For higher clock speeds, consider PBO. If you haven't used it before, it may be overheating. Download hwinfo64 and select sensors only when launching the program. Then execute a CB23 or 24 run while it's running. Monitor temperatures afterward. In Cinebench 23/24, open options to choose advanced settings for benchmark type, timing, throttle or stability tests. A 10-minute throttle test should suffice at this stage.
