Hello, in the task manager, HWmoniter, and Windows Info it consistently shows your CPU at 4.20GHZ. Also, when you run Cinebench, you see an error message. You might want to check your system settings or update drivers. Also, keep in mind you purchased this PC from eBay.

It seems your overclock is unstable, possibly from Ryzen Master or BIOS settings. Reset everything to the default configuration and just enable XMP or DOCP. This should resolve the issue. Also, think about upgrading to a 16GB kit for dual-channel RAM—your single 8GB stick is limiting your performance.
