I upgraded to the Ryzen 7000 series for the first time. Before starting the full build, I tested it on an open bench. I obtained the motherboard CPU and RAM from Ryan. All other components came from my previous build, which was in great shape.

However, when it started up, there was no display output. The yellow debug light on the motherboard lit briefly before turning off. After a few seconds, it would turn back on again, but then shut down once more. The fan would spin and the RAM light would stay on, yet the PC wouldn’t boot.

I tried various fixes: swapping RAM sticks, checking slots, using a single stick, removing the CMOS battery and reinserting after 10 minutes, shorting the JBAT1 pins for 10 seconds, connecting a GPU to see if it worked, and even without any storage devices connected. Still no success. The yellow light kept flickering on and off, and there was no display at all.

Details:
CPU: Ryzen 7600x
Motherboard: MSI B650M Mortar Wifi
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Rgb 16gbx2 6000mhz (Bios should be present, but I need to confirm)
Power Supply: Antec HCG Extreme 1000w
Storage: Transcend SATA SSD

Examine the pins on the socket for the processor...it looks like something was misplaced.
