I attempted to use the Ryzen Master software and used the auto OC feature. After applying the settings, I forgot about them. I reviewed my task manager and noticed my CPU was stuck at 3.6GHz. Setting it to default mode in the app worked, but benchmarking with Cinebench didn’t push past that speed. Every time I power on the PC, Ryzen Master’s max speed drops back to 3.6GHz. I also tried resetting settings and adjusting the power plan, but nothing helped. I’m stuck and need assistance!

The temperatures while under load are being monitored, and the motherboard model is available upon request.

I resolved the issue. My temperatures are excellent. During benchmarking, the max reaches 52.3°C⁰, while during boot they hit 33°C⁰ with an AIO. The motherboard is an Asus Prime B550-Plus. The solution was removing Ryzen Master and then resetting the CMOS, which worked perfectly. Now it's reaching 4.64GHz as expected.
