You just created a fresh build but it isn’t starting properly. Every time you see warnings about the CPU exceeding voltage, the BIOS reports 2.432V. Even after adjusting the settings manually, the issue persists and resets each time you change them. After updating the BIOS, the problem remains unchanged. Temperatures are normal, so the hardware itself isn’t overheating.
