I´m sorry, but i need to roll up this thread again, because now in 2020 my 3900x on my X570 Aorus Elite still isn´t boosing past 4,3GHz. I tried the "Auto" Volt settings in BIOS, the "Normal" setting and an "offset". I disabled / enabled PBO (With +200MHz and without) I also tested the 1usmus power plan. But it had no effect. Temps are okay. I were okay with it in the middle of 2019 when i got the CPU. But now it starts to bother me again, as there were no Updates released to fix this problem (BIOS, Chipset Drivers and Windows are up to date) During Cinebench runs I get about 4,31 GHz (Single Core) Sitting on the Desktop gets me 50 MHz higher sometimes. But thats it. It seems to hit some kind of wall. I´m new to this forum but I still hope that you guys can help me.
