I attempted without the extensions, but it continues to occur. It seems this GPU isn't resolvable by me.

I can't directly inspect the CPU for bent pins. You'll need to use a multimeter or diagnostic tool to check for physical damage.

No issues with bent pins. I transferred the GPU to another system and it worked perfectly. Ran DDU on another PC, installed new drivers for the RX 6950 XT, and downloaded AOE 4. It still crashed during missions with the same error. The problem is the GPU was purchased in Germany while I'm from Croatia—uncertain about the return process. Should I contact XFX or the retailer where I bought it? It feels like a lost cause.

You can reach out to the Croatian importer or official service to confirm if the German warranty applies there as well. I’m uncertain about XFX, but I understand that some companies offer worldwide warranties while others treat the EU as a single market or let importers handle it. In the worst scenario, you might need to send the card to Germany’s importer, service, or the retailer you purchased from. Shipping to Germany remains more cost-effective than purchasing a new card.

It's accurate, I can always share it with a friend so he can take it to Germany. Meanwhile, my other computer is experiencing some odd problems too. I've even tried reinstalling Windows, but the issue persists. Sometimes the PC starts up and loads briefly, but I can't open any programs or files. It just keeps spinning. Restarting and opening Task Manager quickly resolves the problem and everything works properly. I'm not sure what's causing it. EDIT: After restarting, I was able to access This PC and navigate through all folders, though I still couldn't launch any applications.

The other PC's specifications are unclear at first glance, but they likely aren't related to software problems. You might want to verify your storage devices using Hard Disk Sentinel. Many people in Croatia have friends or relatives in Germany, and some have lived there before, so I understand the situation.

Recent changes in system performance are noticeable. Pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE and launching Task Manager works fine, suggesting a software problem. Without that action, Windows fails to load startup programs, preventing me from closing the PC or opening applications. I can only navigate through folders.
