Recent upgrades were made to this system. It functioned properly before, but now certain games frequently crash due to DirectX issues or driver timeouts. I attempted to reinstall drivers and the operating system, but that didn’t resolve the problem. Assistance is welcome.

No significant updates since the build. No new games, software, or drivers installed. The room temperature remains consistent.

I upgraded my PSU from 650 to 850W and kept the same games running. Updated the AMD driver to version 24.5.1, but no new devices appeared. The PC remains in its original position without overheating. The GPU stays hot at about 85°C, while the GPU itself is around 65-70°C during gameplay.

I've attempted a new Windows setup and DDU didn't resolve the issue. Occasionally games run smoothly for hours, but they crash after just 10 hours or so. The main issue is Age of Empires 4, which freezes immediately when I try to load the campaign mission.

Deactivate DOCP and verify the outcome.

The same issue continues and I receive identical errors: RESULT = 0x887a0005. The GPU device instance is suspended. Check GetDeviceRemovedReason for guidance. Reason code 0x887a0006 indicates the GPU won't accept further commands, likely due to an invalid command from the application.

Check your GPU's power setup and cables. Did you retain previous PSU connections when upgrading? Are crashes occurring during Prime95 or Furmark tests? Also, run 3dmark to verify performance.

I'm working with two cables for each 1x8 in GPU. I'm using extensions, so there might be an issue. The PSU is as old as the GPU itself. It passed the benchmark, but I haven't pushed it for over an hour.
