I just received my 3090 FE and it's working fine in 3D Mark, but it seems to lag in most games I played. It runs at a low frame rate. The setup is: Ryzen 7 3700X, Corsair 650W, Asus B550M PLUS with 16GB RAM at 3200MHz.

If your 3D Mark score is accurate, it indicates everything is functioning properly. The card performs below expectations relative to its capabilities. Which titles and configurations are affecting this result?

For instance, I see roughly the same FPS as I did with my 2060 on CS. Also, when I say it underperforms, I mean it lags behind what others are achieving.
