I performed a thorough reset recently, which enabled me to insert the server port details. I searched for a method to include the server's IP address, but found nothing. I also disabled all extensions and both public and private Windows firewalls.

Add the server's IP address or port number you want to use. You only need to forward it to your local machine handling the allocation.
