I'm working with a Google Nest router and need to forward a Minecraft server. The device has been assigned port 25565 for TCP/UDP, and I've secured the port using DHCP IP Reservations. On Windows, the firewall allows both TCP and UDP traffic on that port. However, when I verify it, the port appears closed.

Did you verify the connection is open via the local network? Have you experienced issues with Windows not launching the port properly? Are you certain your provider assigns a public IP, rather than CGNAT? How do you confirm it can reach the internet?

I'm looking into this using the link you shared. It functions over LAN, but I'm connecting from another device to the server. To find out if your ISP provided a public IP or CGNAT, check your router settings or contact your service provider.

Do you have the router interface available? It could reveal the IP address there. You can then match it with the site’s IP if it falls within the range 100.64.0.0 to 100.127.255.255, which suggests a possible CGNAT issue.

Yes, that matches the Wan IP you were discussing.
