If you're forwarding ports correctly, launching the lobby should succeed. While it's active, you can perform a port scan to verify connectivity.

I set up a lobby and during the port test it shows port 7777 is active, though my native type remains problematic. I believe this is due to the game being in early access, but now I can manage other tasks with Windows Server as well since I understand which ports are open.
