I experienced a similar problem too. The solution was to remove Aura, restart and reinstall version 1.04.29, then reboot again. After that, opening Aura restored my RGB settings. Later I upgraded to 1.07 and everything resolved. Still unsure why it happened, especially since 1.04.29 wasn’t easy to locate. I found the file at the provided link.

Hi, I'm facing the same issue... this morning my RGB works perfectly (Maximus XI Formula). I checked the BIOS because I had problems with a USB device. Restarted the computer and the D-RGB connected to an EKWB GPU Block, but all RGB on the motherboard stopped working. I tried reinstalling Windows, setting default BIOS settings, and reinstalling Armoury CRate (new ASUS software for motherboard management), but nothing fixed it. I suspect the motherboard is damaged since the USB device failure and now the RGB isn't working either. Any thoughts? P.S.: The USB failure was reported as "Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)" and Windows blocked the device due to error code 43.

I spent several hours searching online. I discovered a fix. Uninstall Armory and Aura, then restart the system. Clear your registry of any remnants left by Aura and Armory. I used CCleaner (free) to reboot immediately. Next, navigate to the drivers section for Z270-f (applicable for your Z370-f) at the provided link. In the utility area, expand it and find Lighting_Control—not the one labeled AURA. Install that. Reboot again, open the updated "Aura," and you should see the solution work.
