Do you know what might be leading to memory leaks in your games? It sounds like a big issue, especially with only 8GB of RAM.

Do you have XMP activated? If yes, consider adding a bit more power to your storage or lowering its speed.

while playing for example Dota 2, the speed begins at 500 Mbps and slowly increases until reaching the maximum RAM around 7 GB. After that, it drops back to 500 Mbps and then rises again gradually.

I’d love to understand this. It’s great that you’re starting with a PC, and I can walk you through the process step by step. I’ll explain everything clearly so you feel confident handling things like XMP settings and adjusting memory voltage manually.

To verify a memory leak, you typically require a debug version of the game. This allows for thorough testing and analysis during gameplay or idle periods.

Only during actual gameplay it appears, though I'm not sure. Usually it happens when I run Discord alongside other games, possibly because my system is set too low. The CPU and GPU usage stays under 60% for these types of games (World War Z, Dota 2).
