Issue with repeated program execution Boot cycle malfunction System restarting continuously
I have a computer from a family friend a few years ago that had some problems. I had it fixed by replacing the motherboard, but it still had booting issues—sometimes it takes an hour and sometimes it won’t start at all. Another friend attempted several fixes like removing the CMOS battery, taking out the RAM, and cleaning components, but nothing worked. The board shows a display with post codes 19 15 36 4f 03. It’s a 4th generation Intel board with an unknown manufacturer. We changed the memory clock speed in BIOS, but it didn’t help. Now the system is stuck on a black screen and won’t enter BIOS. Someone who understands BIOS post codes can help. I’m open to more details if needed.
