I was playing with my new hardware and checked Ryzen Master. It showed my CPU only reaching 2.6 GHz max. Did anyone explain why that happened? I assumed the PBO would handle it, but should I try overclocking?

I removed all my previous statements, then looked at the image and realized my error was due to ignorance. I don’t understand why this happened.
