I'm facing an issue where I either hear my GPU humming but maintain smooth performance without any FPS drops (NVCP set to max performance or adaptive), or I notice occasional stuttering while the GPU remains silent (NVCP set to optimal). I suspect the optimal setting might be too conservative for GPU clocks, especially when FPS drops occur and adaptive mode stops them. Here are your specs: CPU Ryzen 5 3600X, motherboard MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX, 16GB Crucial Ballistix DDR4 (2x8GB), 3600Mhz CL16 (16-18-18-38), GPU GeForce RTX 2060 Super (MSI Gaming X), case designed for quiet operation.
