Hello everyone. I hope you're all having a great day. I'm looking for some assistance here. I recently got a Corsair Harpoon RGB gaming mouse, but it's been behaving strangely. When I try to move the mouse slightly, the cable disconnects for about 5 to 10 seconds randomly. However, once connected to another PC or laptop, it works perfectly without any problems for the next few days, and then it starts acting up again. It's quite unusual. I've checked if my cable might be damaged, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Update your post with complete hardware details and operating system information.
Check Reliability History and Event Viewer for any error codes or relevant entries around the time the mouse disconnected.
If the issue persists on another computer, it may indicate a faulty USB port on the host PC.
Could you verify by testing the port with other known functional USB devices? Avoid using a flash drive with sensitive data.
If gently moving the USB plug causes movement in the port, that port is likely the problem.
Physical movement in the port suggests a loose or damaged connection.
Using a USB extension cable between the Harpoon Mouse and the port could also help; a different port might fit better.

I've tested other USB ports as well, but the issue persists consistently. It also works fine on other computers for up to five days. I've tried using a USB extension cable, but it didn't help. My system has an AM4 motherboard, Ryzen 1600X processor, 16GB RAM, an AMD 5600 XT card, and a 1000W modular PSU with no overclocking detected.
