You're dealing with a frustrating setup. The system freezes into a blue screen when you enable XMP profile, even though the RAM works at stock speed and boots normally. You've checked the RAM is compatible and re-seated it, but the issue persists. It might help to verify the XMP settings in your BIOS or consider updating the firmware for the GPU. Also, ensure all connections are secure and try a different RAM stick if possible. Let me know if you need further guidance!

Is your motherboard's BIOS up to date? It's possible the integrated memory controller on your CPU isn't capable of handling it. Running at 3200 MHz is uncommon, but technically unsupported, so it's not assured. I recommend updating your BIOS first. If that fails, apply an XMP profile and manually set the RAM speed to 3000 MHz while keeping other settings like voltage and timings unchanged. This adjustment might be sufficient to satisfy the IMC.

Configure the SOC to 1.1 Dram at 1.35, aiming for a boot output of 2933 using xmp/docp. Upon successful boot, proceed with 3200 and repeat verification with memtest86 and OCCT.

It seems the settings for speed, latency, and timing aren't adjustable, even on manual mode. You mentioned you can change frequency and voltage but not voltage or frequency. Edit: I made a mistake by typing those numbers in. Thanks for your patience!
