Issue with Ram Slots B1 and B2 following CPU upgrade
Since I'm not sure how comfortable you feel about working on it, I suggest bringing it to a shop. If it were my situation, I'd spray some contact cleaner on the socket. The best choice would be to take it to a place where they can replace parts for troubleshooting.
I visited a computer repair shop today and the technician said three pins were bent and he fixed them. When I came home, I installed the processor but still can't get an image when inserting RAM into the b1-b2 slots. In this situation, should we consider that the issue lies in the processor socket?
