Hello, I purchased a Ryzen 5 5600 processor yesterday and installed it. Initially, it didn't function properly, so I disassembled the chip. During disassembly, two pins were bent, which I repaired. After fixing them, I reassembled the components. However, inserting any RAM into the b1-b2 slot still results in no display. I thought about replacing the CPU with my previous one, but the issue persisted. In my old processor (Ryzen 5 1600), RAM worked in those slots, but now they don't. What should I do?

The harm from the bent pins is most likely responsible for the dead memory channel.

When connecting my old processor, the RAM slots aren't functioning. Is it possible that both processors are defective?

I understand but using b1 or b2 would leave me without a screen.

When inserting any RAM into b1 or b2, no image appears. I tested a1-b1, a2-b2, single RAM in b1, and single RAM in b2, but still couldn't see an image.

It would be odd if both CPUs suffered from a faulty controller. Yet it could happen.

It's likely the socket got harmed during handling, which is the usual issue.
