I purchased fresh RAM for my PC (Kingston HYPERX Fury Black 32GB package), it should support 3200MHz. I configured the XMP profile to match, but BIOS and CPU-Z display different speeds. Task Manager shows 3200MHz, while CPU-Z lists 1596MHz. There’s a way to verify the actual speed—use the built-in memory test in Windows or third-party tools like Speccy to confirm the real frequency your RAM operates at. Your motherboard model B450 AORUS supports 3200MHz, so it should work correctly if the testing confirms it.

Double Data Rate stands at 1600 x2 equaling 3200MHz. The storage displays its actual performance instead of M-T/S (million transfers per second), which is claimed as 3200MHz. Seems to be operating at XMP rates here. No issues. (The 1596MHz comes from bus clocks not being fixed at 100MHz—that's typical, no concern)
