I only had problems with that same model board. I sold it and immediately switched to an MSI one without any issues.

I’d run the Ryzen DRAM calculator to find manual timings for a stable profile matching your target speed. You’ll likely see better performance than with a standard XMP setting.

Checking memory types for the CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 model. It seems B-DIE or S-DIE—please confirm. Also, regarding the Ryzen 7 2700X, it’s a separate processor from that system.

Choose a RAM stick from Samsung’s selection. Proceed to the bottom and tap “show delays in nanoseconds.” Save the results and export to HTML. Open the file in the Samsung RAM calculator, then select XMP import. Pick the created file from the Thaiphoon burner.
