Issue with RAM memory overclocking Failure in RAM overclocking process
I realized my RAM was connected to the B1/B2 channels instead of A2/B2, so I moved the B1 to the A2 slot but kept facing memory overclocking failure errors. I have a Ryzen 9 5900X with two DDR4 3200MHz sticks, and after setting it to auto it runs at 2133MHz. What might be causing this issue?
I’d start by repositioning the memory, as a faulty connection in one of the slots could be the issue.
Here are your full specifications:
- Random access memory memory
- Overclocking typically isn't the issue
- Possible causes: mounting pressure or motherboard
