I assembled the PC using the provided list but it fails when RAM sticks are placed in slots B1 or B2. During startup fans activate and RGB lights illuminate. After a few seconds it powers off and restarts. The screen remains off with no beep, though the speaker works. Keyboard response is absent. Swapping RAM into A1/A2 functions normally but reduces speed to 2133 MHz. The motherboard appears fully operational per vendor testing. Possible solutions?

When a stick is placed in B1 or B2, the system fails to start, regardless of the contents in the remaining slots. This means A2/B2 won't function either.

It seems you're referring to RAM slots or memory channels. Are you asking about their appearance or functionality?

I've returned it to the supplier, who verified it using my CPU with a different RAM setup. They confirmed all slots are functional.
