I got my new CPU and motherboard today. I put the RAM in slot 2 but it isn’t recognizing it. I tried reseating the CPU, updated the BIOS and cleared the CMOS, yet nothing changed. The specs are MSI Z490 Gaming Plus I5-10600k with 8GB DDR4, Corsair Vengeance Gigabyte WindForce GTX 1060, 6GB RAM, 500GB SSD, and the file is VID20220323223301.mp4.

If you haven’t adjusted any pins on the motherboard... 1. Test with another type of RAM 2. Send the board back for replacement if the issue persists with various RAM. If it resolves with other RAM, run Memtest86 Passmark to verify.
