In the BIOS you see DIMMA2 and DIMMB2 both showing 8192MB, though the actual current DRAM size is also listed as 8192MB. Your CPU has a single pin damaged, which might be contributing to the issue, but it's unclear if that's the main problem. Make sure the RAM is properly seated and try reseating it.

Verify whether both units match the same setup (such as single ranked or dual ranked with chips on both sides). If a pin is detached and isn't a ground connection, the whole module is likely damaged.
