I recently bought new RAM and i don't know what the problem is, are they faulty or did i do something wrong. I've ran the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool twice after reseating the RAM and after a couple of minutes it says there's a problem. Also when downloading a game my pc blue screened and also in the middle of a game the game crashed. I bought the G.Skill Trident Z RGB 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 memory kit.

Is the RAM listed on the QVL for your motherboard? Does it cause a blue screen when XMP/EXPO is turned off? Does it function correctly in WMD without XMP/EXPO enabled? If Windows Memory Diagnostics reports issues, the hardware may be defective or incompatible with your board.

Which motherboard you're using and what CPU model it has. Also, confirm if the BIOS is completely current.

F16 appears in system details, yet you believe it should be F16c after checking the site.

I used WMD without XMP and received no errors. I plan to update the BIOS tomorrow to check for improvements. Otherwise, what additional steps should I consider?

If the latest update doesn't support XMP, try running it without it, adjust the overclock manually, or consider upgrading to a different kit. When the available kits don't match your board's specifications, you might need a new one.

It seems your previous setup functioned well, but now it's not included in the current QVL list for your MB. That might be due to changes in the system or criteria for inclusion.
