I recently purchased a G923 Xbox version racing wheel for my PC, but it seems to be causing crashes in games like Need for Speed and Forza. I've checked that the software and firmware are up to date, confirmed compatibility, disconnected other controllers, disabled Ghub, turned off overlays, and even ran games in admin settings, yet nothing has resolved the issue. I searched online but found little information or possible fixes. Anyone have experienced this problem and know how to fix it?

Additionally, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, attempted to run it with administrative privileges, and tried using compatibility mode for Windows 7 and 8, but none of those steps worked.
