My PC is a relatively new build, assembled recently. Over the past few months I've faced persistent static that leads to game stuttering, and it fluctuates while playing videos or gaming. I've attempted various solutions:

I adjusted my computer's wiring setup multiple times, removed the HD audio cable from the motherboard (a known workaround), replaced internal components, and even re-seated the graphics card and RAM. I also updated sound drivers via Device Manager.

Recently, I noticed that the pin connectors on my power supply appear to have copper-colored marks in the same areas. This made me suspect a potential PSU issue, which I've already reported to the manufacturer.

Additionally, my graphics card experienced high load conditions a couple of times—fans throttled to 100% and the system blacked out, requiring a hard reset. This occurred twice, with the most recent incident about a month ago and no recurrence since. I primarily play Elden Ring and DayZ at maximum or near maximum settings in 4K resolution.

The GPU temperatures have hovered between 85–88°C as a hotspot, while normal operation stays around 75–80°C during gameplay. I’m uncertain if the card itself is faulty, but I’ve already reached out to MSI for warranty verification.

I’m unsure whether the problem lies with the motherboard, power supply, or graphics card, and I’m seeking advice to help identify the root cause. Any guidance would be invaluable. Thank you!

For another concern: is XMP for the RAM activated? The RAM speed is quite low, which isn't ideal for frame rates.
