I'm working with archer ax1800 as my main router and another as an extender through LAN. The delay problem on your PS5 remains even after changing routers, ISPs, LAN cables, and adjusting settings like MU-MIMO, UPnP, DMZ, and port forwarding. Here are some suggestions to help resolve the issue.

Check if lag remains consistent with one router and the PS5 connected directly, then disable the secondary router.
