I just connected it but nothing happened—could be a bad power supply. I bought the parts from Newegg and got it today.

Hey there, noticed the power supply fan is pointing outwards, outside the case. Probably not a big deal since studies suggest it can work even without the fan inside. I’ll try swapping it around and check if that stops it from activating.

Verify front panel connectors are securely attached. Also, consider connecting the power switch pins together to test functionality.
