Issue with power-saving mode Device fails to enter sleep state properly Battery life reduced unexpectedly
I put the system into sleep mode and when I woke it, it felt like a fresh start. All my opened programs didn’t remain in memory. It seemed to load completely empty as if it had been reset. What might be behind this behavior? I hadn’t experienced any issues before.
AM5 is recognized. Ensure fast boot isn't turned off in BIOS, and also adjust it in Windows. (Refers to fast startup in Windows)
I don’t have an AM5 chip, so I’m making an assumption. Have you adjusted any other BIOS options? Also, were you checking overclock settings or power states?
It might have been a Windows update. Frequent small patches are released regularly. Recently, Windows removed part of my chipset driver, including the PSP driver, which led to PC instability. I verified everything during the installation of the updated B550 driver and noticed the PSP was absent. You could try turning off EXPO in BIOS and enabling auto to check if it helps.
