I recently completed my first PC build, https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cXPPH2, with these specifications. The system is generally working well, but my gaming performance is lacking. For example, on a 3060 Ti, I usually aim for around 200 FPS in Fortnite with high settings, yet I barely reach steady 100 FPS even with multiple drops. This issue appears across other games too. I have a stable 8-10 Gb/s Ethernet connection, so I assumed the problem might be with my monitor. However, I thought it wouldn’t impact the displayed stats. I also ran a benchmark test using UserBenchMark, and all drivers are up to date. Can you help identify the cause and suggest a solution?

Userbenchmark isn't a reliable reference point anywhere. Fortnite has updated its engine recently, so running it at high settings won't give good performance. You should disable certain options like shadows, brightness, and reflections.

Your expectations are too high; achieving 100FPS isn't smooth or stable unless your system handles complex multiplayer scenarios well. If your monitor reaches 144Hz, performance improves slightly, but it's still uncertain due to advanced synchronization methods replacing older V-sync techniques.
