I and my friend tested many benchmarks and watched them closely. The highest power use was between 115 and 117 watts under full load, yet the games on his PC worked fine. I’m not sure what that means.
I question your RAM speed since it doesn't really affect x3d much. You're at 3000Mhz and scoring 14700 in Cinebench with a 212-evo cooler—so thermal performance seems okay. Try running the tests again using HWinfo open to check voltages during idle and under load while the benchmark runs. Look for any drops, especially around 12V and 5V. Dual vs single modules might matter. Are there any background programs like RGB software (Synapse, Corsair, etc.) active? If yes, turn them off and restart—then retest, especially when disconnected from the internet.
The image displays all data points ranging from current to minimum to maximum and average values. I captured this shot during a cinebench test.
The mainboard is the reason I mentioned it might be a problem.
Check the main board specifications for voltage details like 12V and 5V.
They don’t seem okay with the board voltages, many users notice a big drop without realizing it. If it drops too much it can lead to various problems, making troubleshooting really stressful... Are these acceptable? No worries though. This might just cause a thermal throttle, as I recall the chip will slow down at high temps. From experience, my chip stays under 82°C with a coolermaster 212 EVO, and your dual freezers should handle it without issues. Just reapply thermal paste evenly and ensure consistent mounting pressure.
The main variations between our PCs are the PS and GPU. The 3070 outperforms the 2070super, while the cooler master mwe bronze v2 "750w" is better than the gigabyte p650b "650w". He actually achieves better scores in tests, but his system works fine; mine struggles with dyinglight2 above 70fps.
