It's an application that displays details about your CPU specifications:
https://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html
You can install the English Zip file and extract it, then run it with administrator privileges.
GPU-Z serves a comparable purpose:
TechPowerUp
GPU-Z is a compact system tool aimed at offering essential data on your graphics card and video processor.
www.techpowerup.com
The interface progresses from left to right, with the initial two slots representing channel 1 and the subsequent two slots channel 2. You should fill in the second slot of each channel first—slots 2 and 4. If you only fill slots 1 and 2 or 3 and 4, dual-channel functionality won't be available, which could affect frame rates, especially minimum frame rates.

Confirm the instructions: shift each item to a separate slot, then proceed with BIOS setup and activate XMP.

I believe XMP is already active. So I simply turned it off, disconnected everything, and then moved them over.

Shut down the PC. Turn off the PSU. Disconnect power from the PSU. Relocate the RAM. And XMP remains disabled right now.

Ensure dual channel remains active, but it's advised to fill A2 and B2 initially. Move each DIMM across more than one slot.

The benchmark appears unchanged even after relocating items and activating the XMP profile.

XMP remains disabled. Have you checked if your system is running the most recent BIOS? Additionally, which chipset driver are you currently using?
