Hi everyone, I just set up my first PC (asrock b550 extreme4, ryzen 5 5600x, 3060 ti) and I'm facing some problems with certain games. The system works normally—turns on, plays videos without any errors—but when I try to play Fortnite, Warzone or Apex, it crashes and restarts the whole thing. For Warzone/Apex it doesn’t even load before crashing, and Fortnite either freezes during loading or after about five minutes. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

Could you please check the side of the power supply unit for the model number or make details?

PSU needs to perform well.
What are your CPU and GPU temperatures when idle and when under load?
Are you adjusting any settings (CPU, GPU, memory)?
Does your motherboard's BIOS have the latest version installed?

Idle: GPU temperature at 26°C, CPU at 36°C
I'm uncertain about how to determine performance under load.
I'm not overclocking anything.
The motherboard came with BIOS version 1.2 by default, which supports the 5000 series, so I didn't make any changes.

I faced a similar issue with my Ryzen 5 3400G. I had to lower my RAM speed to 2666mhz, but since my motherboard was 3200mhz and I used 3200 MHz RAM sticks, I ended up blaming the Gigabyte A320 board. After selling the PC two years ago, I haven’t received any complaints.

You have the option to use an app such as hwmonitor for measuring highs under load, similar to gaming scenarios, or utilize various benchmarking tools that are accessible. Updating your BIOS is also recommended, as it often resolves common issues. What speed is your memory operating at within the BIOS settings?

I wasn't very confident updating my profile since it's the suggested one for my processor (5000 series). I got a core temp file, but the games are crashing soon, so the temperature isn't clear yet.
