Yesterday I finally chose to try something different from CS:GO and ended up facing this strange problem. I believe the games I played should work smoothly with high frame rates. Games I tried:
Destiny 2 (continually drops below 60)
GTA V (just barely at 60)
My system specs:
CPU - Amd Ryzen 3 2200G 3.5GHZ
GPU - Sapphire Nitro RX580 4GB
RAM - G.SKILL Trident Z 2x8GB 3600MHz (operating at 2800MHz because otherwise I can't boot)
MOBO - AsRock B450 Steel Legend
PSU - Corsair RGB RM750F

Likely to perform better. 2933mhz is likely reachable. Possibly higher.

Reviewing the AMD Overlay data
GPU utilization stays near 70-100% with temperatures between 57-65°C
CPU activity is about 80%, occasionally reaching 100% (temperatures remain similar, max around 50%, never exceeding 60%)

Adjust overclock manually.
Latencies configured as 18-22-22-42.
DDR voltage set to 1.35V.
Command rate at 1T.
Begin increasing RAM frequency gradually.
Verify stability after each adjustment.
Test frequencies: 2800mhz, 2933mhz, 3000mhz, 3200mhz, 3400mhz, 3600mhz.
If a test fails, revert to the previous successful settings.
