Hello!
I recently purchased an MSI 3090 to upgrade my 3070, but now it won't display.
My computer has:
b450 tomahawk max
ryzen 5800x3d
evga supernova g3 750w
32gb olly ram 3200mhz
Everything was functioning properly before changing the GPUs.
After switching the GPUs, I didn't get any display signal and the CPU red light would turn on.
I thought the card might be defective, so I tried the 3070 again, but it still had the same issue.
Now the PC isn't usable at all.

I also tested another PSU I owned—a Redragon 500W—powering the 3070 (since it lacked sufficient power for the 3090). That worked.
Then I tried connecting the Redragon PSU to power the CPU+MBO and the EVGA PSU to power the 3070, and it functioned.
Finally, I attempted the same setup but with the 3090, which failed.

Today, a friend brought in their Corsair Hx1000 PSU. We tried powering the whole system with it, but it didn't work either.
I'm struggling to figure out what's wrong or why one PSU works while others don't.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

updated the BIOS... no success. It's also strange that the computer doesn't shut down properly now—it just spins faster and the lights stay on. I also see the CPU red light. When I tried to flash it, the same issue happened, so I had to turn it off manually from the power supply. Maybe it's the CPU? That seems odd...

I'm in a comparable situation too, have you ever resolved it?
