When sharing a troubleshooting thread, ensure you provide complete system specifications. List them clearly as follows:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the PSU's age along with its make and model. Also, note the BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
If your manual indicates a corrupt BIOS, recovery isn't possible—recovery must come from a CH341A BIOS programmer. It seems the BIOS issue is present, not the processor itself.

It was functioning just before it failed, I had been using it for about five minutes before it stopped working when I tried to restart it.

Have you considered verifying your components individually, similar to testing one RAM module at a time, before progressing to the GPU by disconnecting it and observing the shutdown behavior?

apologies for the delayed response, the system functioned after removing one component, possibly the slot. I'll verify further.
system is operational now.
