I'm facing a serious problem that's been bothering me for months. Every time I play a game, it suddenly crashes without warning. The screen turns black as if my connection to the monitors just cut out. I can still hear voices on Discord and audio from the game, but my microphone isn't working. After a short pause, my PC shuts down completely.

Once I restart, I start noticing DCOM errors in the Windows Event Viewer each time it crashes. This happens only with games that have many particle effects—like Warframe, Hunt Showdown, Stoneshard, Battle Brothers, Wartales, Path of Exile 1 and 2—but not with games like Baldur's Gate 3, Ghostwire Tokyo, or Eidolons, which seem to work fine. Even though my PC runs these games perfectly without lag, the crashes still occur when there are heavy particle effects.

I've tried fixing things by editing the registry to allow access to files blocked by the DCOM 10016 error, changing settings to lower graphics quality, running games as administrator, and disabling XMP profiles in BIOS. None of these solutions have helped much. I'm running Windows 11 and have a system with an AMD Ryzen 9 7900X, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070, and 32 GB RAM.

I'm really frustrated because I've tried everything and still can't find a fix. Could you please share any additional details or information that might help identify the issue? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I own a TOPOWER TOP-600D 600W power supply and also have a 1000W one available, though I haven't used it because I wasn't sure about power requirements.
