Issue with PC experiencing USB disconnection and reconnection sounds intermittently.
I'm experiencing problems with my PC where the USB connection and disconnection sounds occur intermittently. It happens every few minutes, sometimes up to five times in just two minutes. I've tried using USBLogView, but I'm not sure what it shows or how to interpret it. The issue started after installing my new Lian Li fans (UNI Fan SL-INF Reverse Blade x6). Here are the PC specifications:
CPU: Intel Quad Core i5-13600k
CPU Cooler: Lian Li Galahad II LCD SL-INF AIO
GPU: RTX 4070 SUPER
Motherboard: Asus Prime Z790-A
RAM: Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5 2x16gb 6000mhz
SSD: Samsung 970 EVO 500GB + 1TB
Hard Drive: Stagate Barracuda 1TB 7200rpm
PSU: Asus ROG Strix 850w
I also ordered a new USB splitter for the motherboard, possibly because the existing one wasn't providing enough power for the fans.
Motherboard: What BIOS version are you using for your motherboard?
I believe this issue began after I installed my new Lian Li fans (UNI Fan SL-INF Reverse Blade x6).
If you think the fans might be causing the problem, try disconnecting them and see if it resolves the issue.
I’ve also purchased a new USB splitter for the motherboard, possibly because the existing one is faulty or not functioning correctly.
Could you share the USB splitter you’re using? Also, why do you need one?

I need it since the motherboard lacks sufficient USB ports, and I'm also using the Lian Li RGB cable for both the motherboard and GPU.
