Hi! Here are your computer details:
i7 2600k processor
Asus P8z68 V-LE motherboard at 4.7ghz
When I power off and turn it back on, it takes roughly 30 to 60 minutes to fully start, possibly running some tests before being ready.
How can I resolve this issue? Thank you for your time.

It might be that the motherboard's BIOS encountered an issue with your overclock adjustments and is attempting to locate a compatible configuration.
