Hi, I'm facing a tough situation. Initially, I encountered issues with BIOS settings on an old PC. During testing of the RAM, the machine stopped and emitted three distinct beeps, which I recognize as indicating a memory error. After replacing the RAM, the problem persisted. I swapped in a new motherboard and CPU, but the same three beeps appeared. A fresh PSU was installed, along with a brand-new RAM, yet the issue continued. I double-checked that the RAM was compatible, correctly seated, and placed in the correct slots. Even when testing one stick at a time, it still didn't work. I attempted a CMOS reset, but it didn’t resolve the problem. My last resort is considering a new GPU, though any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.

Motherboard: MSI B550 A-pro
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
PSU: Corsair RM750x
GPU: GTX 1060 (old)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb CMK16GX4M2B3000C15
Additional RAM: Kingston Fury Beast 32gb KF432C16BBK2/32

Identify which slots are being filled by the rams. Ensure the stick you're using is in slot A2 and that it's securely seated.
My RAM was installed in the A2 and B2 slots, clicked in and secured properly. I'm currently awaiting a new GPU shipment since my existing one is nearing its 5-year mark, and I'm hoping for an upgrade to improve things.
Brought my pc to a repair shop and it was resolved. Probably fixed with adequate dusting and cleaning.
