Hey, I noticed your recent RAM upgrade from Corsair to Viper. When you tried the 2x8GB 3200MHz memory, the system didn’t recognize the XMP profile and only accepted speeds up to 2666MHz. After setting it to 2666MHz, the PC would reset if you tried anything faster. Could be a compatibility issue or incorrect profile settings. Double-check the RAM type, speed, and ensure the motherboard supports those speeds. Let me know if you need help troubleshooting further.

The requested kit isn't compatible with your motherboard's QVL. For memory options on Matisse CPUs (Ryzen 3000 series), refer to the supported list here: https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450 Steel Legend/#MemoryMS. Select Vendor, then choose Patriot to view part numbers. No 3200mhz memory appears in the available list.

The DOCP profile functions identically to Intel<|pad|>'s XMP. No manual configuration in the BIOS is required.

The previous RAM setup wasn't included in the plan, yet it functioned properly. I was able to reach 3000 MHz using a 1.35 volt supply.

Proceed with a 1.2v setting at 3000 MHz or any preferred frequency

It doesn<|pad|> a stable operation can't be achieved at higher frequencies with 1.2 volts

It seems the previous interaction was successful. Let's continue from there! What would you like to discuss next?
