I’m facing significant packet loss problems with my new PC build. It seems similar issues occur with the USB Wi-Fi adapter I use. I’ve tested another desktop in the same area using the same adapter, and it works perfectly without any loss. The network appears stable overall—every device on the network shows zero recordable packet loss, whereas this machine consistently reports around 20% loss. What I’ve tried: Updated drivers from the manufacturer’s site (Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX Rev 1.3), used Gigabytes control center, and manually updated LAN, WLAN, and Bluetooth drivers. I ran several packet loss tests with Packet Loss Test – Test Your Connection Quality, which showed losses between roughly 15% to 25%. I also looked up Reddit threads suggesting a possible fix by installing third-party drivers for the Realtek module, but that didn’t resolve the problem, so I went back to the official drivers. I rebooted the system after each update just to confirm stability. Hardware: Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX Rev 1.3, AMD Ryzen 9 7600X, NVIDIA RTX4060ti, 16GB DDR5, ASUS ROG STRIKER 360 AIO, 2TB WD Black M.2, Windows 10 Pro. Anyone have suggestions for a solution?

Have you ever fixed this problem? I'm facing the same issue with an ASRock B650 motherboard. Everything else on your setup works fine, especially the Wi-Fi on your MacBook Air in the same spot. The PC experiences frequent packet loss, even though your router is old. You're planning to upgrade it soon, but since you don't see any loss on your MacBooks, you think the problem might be with your motherboard's built-in Wi-Fi card. You've already updated all drivers, so what else can help?
